Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, products, services, and agreements of Angelo International Hairstyle BV, for both consumers and business customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the case of a consumer agreement, the mandatory provisions of Belgian consumer law additionally apply.

Article 3 – Activities
Angelo International Hairstyle BV sells natural hair products, including hair extensions, and offers expert advice and expertise in its physical store.
The website serves as a source of information. Orders can be placed via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other direct communication channels.

Article 4 – Prices and quotes
All prices are indicative, expressed in euros and inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Final prices are confirmed via personal contact. No rights can be derived from price indications on the website.

Article 5 – Orders
Orders are established after explicit confirmation by Angelo International Hairstyle BV via email, WhatsApp, or another communication channel. The company may refuse orders in the event of incorrect information.

Article 6 – Returns and right of withdrawal
Due to the nature of the products (natural hair products and hygienic goods):
• returning or exchanging is not possible
• the right of withdrawal is excluded, in accordance with applicable European regulations
• opened, used, or delivered hair products cannot be taken back
By placing an order, the customer explicitly agrees to this exclusion.

Article 7 – Liability
Angelo International Hairstyle BV is only liable for direct damage that is the direct and exclusive result of a failure by Angelo International Hairstyle BV, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Article 8 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Angelo International Hairstyle BV has the right to suspend its obligations or dissolve the agreement without compensation.

Article 9 – Applicable law and competent court
Belgian law applies to all legal relationships.
All disputes arising from these agreements shall be settled exclusively by the competent court in Antwerp, Antwerp division.
